Findra is a cross-platform CLI and native macOS app for searching a shared local index of file metadata.

Why it surfaced

The terminal client and SwiftUI app use the same background daemon and index, so users can move between scripts and an interactive search window without duplicating their catalog. It supports regex, path, extension, size, pinyin, and initial matching while keeping the index local, with release checksums and GPL-3.0-or-later licensing made explicit.
