Why it surfaced

There is no feed, search, or browsing: Heydar listens for a brief overlap within 100 feet, then forgets the encounter unless both people wave and choose to keep it. Its location is simulated in the browser, but the real matching logic, timers, privacy constraints, and unusually tender copy are all on display.
