Why it surfaced

This unusually detailed interface asks for Access Tokens, session JSON, proxy settings, captcha tokens, and—within a Stripe security frame—card details, then offers bulk extraction across PayPal, UPI, Pix, Kakao Pay, MoMo, GCash, and other payment routes. It may be a legitimate internal tool, but its credential-handling and payment-automation posture make it a particularly revealing specimen of trust theater on the open web.
