The index publishes only its research component for now, explicitly refusing to invent total scores, tiers, or overall rankings while the other four areas remain incomplete. Its methodology is unusually inspectable: recent three-year averages, log transformation, outlier trimming, T-score normalization, and a 60:40 absolute-scale-to-per-capita weighting are all stated on the page.
