Why it surfaced

The platform combines pre-flight map checks with on-the-ground reporting, including image or video attachments, automatic GPS extraction, anonymous tips, and tracking codes. It is explicitly still a demonstration prototype—not connected to Thailand’s real CAAT licensing system—which makes it both a useful civic concept and a good candidate to revisit.
