Mach is a keyboard-driven, MIT-licensed desktop client for Gmail and Google Calendar, built around a local SQLite database.

Why it surfaced

This is unusually specific software: Gmail operator searches compile to SQL against an FTS5 index, threads open offline in under a millisecond, and every action is a typed Rust command that can also serve as an agent tool. The project is refreshingly explicit about its limits too—Google accounts only, macOS only, no IMAP, and no web or mobile client.
