An open-source, local-first tool that reads quota and usage data from AI coding tools, displays it in a statusline, and passes bounded budget information to agents.

Why it surfaced

OpenLimiter treats subscription quotas as infrastructure: it supports six connectors, emits scriptable statusline and hook output, and keeps the numbers on the user's machine. The project is unusually candid about its edges too—some payloads are internal, desktop builds are not code-signed, and one connector stops when its existing session expires.
