Why it surfaced

This is a sharply defined answer to a new software problem: an agent can be tricked by a web page or tool result into paying the wrong party. The homepage makes the mechanism unusually inspectable, displaying a captured replay verdict, detector names, screening totals, API links, and a claim that 21 of 326 payments were blocked before settlement.
