Exziled is a Chrome extension that hides named people and organisations from websites, using aliases, article matching, and on-device face recognition.

Why it surfaced

Its premise is unusually specific: type a name, stamp out the headlines, photos, comments, and faces associated with it, then restore them with a pardon. The site claims that the banishment list and face profiles stay in browser storage, giving a privacy-first tool an oddly authoritarian voice.
