Nixie is unusually specific about the small annoyances it wants to fix: it normalizes tracks to selectable LUFS targets, restores playback paused at the exact previous position, and queries three lyric sources until it finds a synced result. The beta is signed and notarized, open source, and explicit about what stays on the machine and what still goes to YouTube Music.
