Why it surfaced

The site labels itself an “Official Portal” and uses the title “Politiet,” but it lives at norwayinvestigationprotocol.online and repeatedly directs visitors to a matching domain email. Its emergency instructions also give a German +49 phone number for callers outside Norway, making this a particularly clear specimen of official-looking trust theater.
