JOGAK is a nightlife app that helps people decide where to go in Seoul—and who to meet there—by matching around neighborhoods and times.

Why it surfaced

The app requires at least four participants, keeps them from seeing one another until a group fills, and then opens the finished group privately. Its neighborhood rankings draw on Seoul real-time city data, while the Seoulrave studio says the product is being prepared for app-store review.
