Why it surfacedThe site tackles thousands of pages of difficult cursive records with eleven dedicated OCR systems and open-weight vision models running on private hardware. Its source material comes from the Dublin City Library and Archive, covering the Commission’s property dealings and street restructuring from 1757 to 1848.
