Kivo is an on-chain treasury system that gives autonomous agents separate spending lanes, recipient allowlists, transaction caps, daily limits, and UTC-controlled hours.

Why it surfaced

The site offers an inspectable browser console where a simulated agent payment can settle or revert as the contract applies its rules. Its manual and roadmap also make the project unusually legible, though the console currently says the USDG contract is not deployed.
