An archive of the 2004 International Quit&Win campaign, a four-week tobacco-abstinence competition coordinated from Finland across dozens of countries.

Why it surfaced

This is a remarkably detailed public-health artifact: rules, entry forms, organizer materials, country campaigns, press documents, and a running record of 686,866 participating smokers. Its pages preserve the practical machinery of a global campaign, right down to NicCheck tests, prize drawings, and an urgent request for national participant counts.

Lunch Through the Bee Veil

August 11’s newborn domains include a bee veil with a lockable lunch flap, a book designed to unfold over ten years, a Colombian missing-person and aid board, and a brick studio made by a dad and his 10-year-old co-founder.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-11 Domain Arrivals issue.
