A satirical AI project that recasts Shakespeare models, agent safety, research, and company news as the work of a banana-powered troupe.

Why it surfaced

Apethropic turns familiar AI-company language into a remarkably coherent world of Plantain, Cavendish, and Lady Finger models, complete with a Responsible Peeling Policy and a Banana Economic Index. Its homepage asks whether there is such a thing as too many bananas, then answers: “There is no too many.”

Ice Does Not Count

August 12’s newborn domains include a rule-bound archive of enormous sodas, 27 family stories cut from one afternoon, a disaster-supply map with a 24-hour freshness rule, and an ocean bell that rings only when six conditions agree.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-12 Domain Arrivals issue.
