An offline-first clinical logbook for surgeons and clinicians, designed to record cases, vitals, timelines, photos, and consent from a phone.

Why it surfaced

CaseTally is unusually specific about the ward-round workflow: patient cards surface what needs attention, case histories read as sequences, and records stay on the phone until the user chooses to back them up or export them. It is not released yet—the site is collecting beta testers for an Android-first build—but the product thinking is unusually concrete.

Ice Does Not Count

August 12’s newborn domains include a rule-bound archive of enormous sodas, 27 family stories cut from one afternoon, a disaster-supply map with a 24-hour freshness rule, and an ocean bell that rings only when six conditions agree.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-12 Domain Arrivals issue.
