Qena Lib is an independent Ethiopian record label, production studio, and creative agency documenting its artists, music, projects, and responsibility work.

Why it surfaced

The homepage presents a concrete cultural operation rather than a vague studio pitch: five artists, a Teddy Afro studio credit, claimed public metrics for “Jember,” a 6,000m² studio-land collaboration, and projects involving workshops and the UN FAO Youth Summit. Its many “Replace tomorrow” image notes also make the site an unusually visible record of a serious creative project still being assembled.

Ice Does Not Count

August 12’s newborn domains include a rule-bound archive of enormous sodas, 27 family stories cut from one afternoon, a disaster-supply map with a 24-hour freshness rule, and an ocean bell that rings only when six conditions agree.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-12 Domain Arrivals issue.
