A memorial archive preserving Joe Felz’s companies, solar teaching, rare-book library, media work, travels, and surviving channels.

Why it surfaced

The archive follows an unusually vivid life: eight companies, years living off-grid, a move from a 3,500-square-foot house into a 1999 Dodge van, and a free solar lab intended for children anywhere. It also preserves the structure of his former web presence, including rare books photographed page by page and solar classes that were still scheduled through January 2027.

Thirty Patents for the Grave

August 13’s newborn domains include 30 safety-coffin patents, lost notices for false teeth and a box of hair, short films playing in 100 Tokyo taxis, and a Queensland river view arranged gauge by gauge downstream.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-13 Domain Arrivals issue.
