The calculator makes a deceptively tricky legal deadline legible: 14 days becomes 16 clear days under the counting rules, then 20 days for most delivery methods because of deemed receipt. It also acknowledges that some authorities count 21 days and recommends sending earlier rather than pretending the disagreement does not exist.
