steps: CI that calls an agent when the build breaks

An open-source, single-binary CI runner for Concourse-style YAML pipelines, with cached steps and optional LLM repair agents.

Why it surfaced

steps makes an agent a first-class pipeline step, but only constructs it after a command fails; the agent receives the failure output, edits the code, and the task runs again for a final verdict. The project also content-addresses every step in SQLite, making this an unusually specific take on self-repairing CI—although it is still in early access.
