An unofficial interactive simulator for rearranging Tokyo’s FY2026 general-account budget.

Why it surfaced

Visitors can move funding among nine spending areas in 100-million-yen increments, then examine what those changes mean and why some costs cannot simply be shifted. The prototype also explains the real six-stage budget process and says its figures were checked against official CSV and budget-summary data.

Thirty Patents for the Grave

August 13’s newborn domains include 30 safety-coffin patents, lost notices for false teeth and a box of hair, short films playing in 100 Tokyo taxis, and a Queensland river view arranged gauge by gauge downstream.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-13 Domain Arrivals issue.
