VibePulse is an open-source desk display that shows Claude and Codex quotas, burn rate, forecasts, and alerts when an agent needs your attention.

Why it surfaced

A $30, 2.16-inch AMOLED board turns the invisible waiting state of AI agents into a physical object on the desk. The project is unusually candid about its limits: when unplugged, the display says “STALE” and uses dashes rather than pretending old data is current.

Thirty Patents for the Grave

August 13’s newborn domains include 30 safety-coffin patents, lost notices for false teeth and a box of hair, short films playing in 100 Tokyo taxis, and a Queensland river view arranged gauge by gauge downstream.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-13 Domain Arrivals issue.
