A Japanese analysis site compares eight hobby categories using Hard Off listings and eBay prices, measuring international price gaps and the effect of condition grades.

Why it surfaced

Its most striking result is that N-gauge trains appear on eBay at 264.2% of the Japanese reference price, while cameras sit near parity at 111.5%. It also finds that retro-game prices fall 11.1% for each condition-grade step, with the C-to-D jump acting as a broad junk-line cliff.

The Largest Cat Has No Number

August 14’s newborn domains include an unnumbered giant among thirteen catalogued glossy cats, a shareable Visual Snow Syndrome simulator, two independent Colombian relief directories, and a snail farm with races, courtship, and its own Gazette.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-14 Domain Arrivals issue.
