A public registry of FHIR conformance artifacts for translating NEMSIS 3.5 emergency-medical-service data into IHE-conformant FHIR R4.

Why it surfaced

emsInterop does more than publish schemas: its gap register records what the IHE profiles leave undecided, what this project chooses instead, and what future change would retire each decision. The registry exposes 205 ValueSets, six StructureDefinitions, five StructureMaps, seven ConceptMaps, and a deliberately explicit boundary between project-owned definitions and identifiers owned by HL7, IHE, SNOMED, or LOINC.

The Largest Cat Has No Number

August 14’s newborn domains include an unnumbered giant among thirteen catalogued glossy cats, a shareable Visual Snow Syndrome simulator, two independent Colombian relief directories, and a snail farm with races, courtship, and its own Gazette.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-14 Domain Arrivals issue.
