AP-1 is an open standard for evaluating numerical admissibility, operand provenance, and deterministic execution in AI systems used in mission-critical environments.

Why it surfaced

The protocol separates seven evaluation dimensions—including refusal integrity, adversarial resistance, conflicting input, and computation invocation—instead of reducing everything to a single pass mark. It is unusually candid about its own conflict of interest: ZORRZ Financial authored the standard while developing systems intended to satisfy it, and the site publishes that relationship alongside a v1.3 draft open for public comment.

The Largest Cat Has No Number

August 14’s newborn domains include an unnumbered giant among thirteen catalogued glossy cats, a shareable Visual Snow Syndrome simulator, two independent Colombian relief directories, and a snail farm with races, courtship, and its own Gazette.
