Why it surfacedThe site gives its beer research a distinctive mascot: Trotter, an “Agent of Flavour” whose scent receptors are assigned to sniffing out worthy bottles. It is still in early access, but the opening cabinet already maps eight beers across countries, styles, strengths, and signals such as citrus, roasted, floral, and caramel.
