A healthcare follow-up system that uses WhatsApp to check in with patients between appointments and send structured alerts to their care teams.

Why it surfaced

SIDEC gives a concrete shape to the weeks when a patient is invisible to the health system: its Pulso companion accepts text, photos, or voice notes, while the clinical team receives alerts and cohort views. The site is unusually clear about its boundaries—it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the clinical record—and illustrates the workflow with Rosa, a 71-year-old patient reporting dangerously high blood pressure.

The Largest Cat Has No Number

August 14’s newborn domains include an unnumbered giant among thirteen catalogued glossy cats, a shareable Visual Snow Syndrome simulator, two independent Colombian relief directories, and a snail farm with races, courtship, and its own Gazette.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-14 Domain Arrivals issue.
