Browser-based trackers for mapping warps in Pokémon Platinum and FireRed/LeafGreen, with optional BizHawk live tracking.

Why it surfaced

This is an unusually specific tool for emulator-based Pokémon exploration: it can log warps manually or watch emulator memory through downloadable Lua and Node.js bridge scripts. The trackers keep progress in the browser and explain exactly how the local-only setup works, down to port numbers and configuration files.
