An independent bilingual studio building an Android speaker-measurement app, cross-platform track telemetry, and an electric-skateboard remote system.

Why it surfaced

IVY Drive puts unusually varied engineering work under one roof: SonoScope measures frequency response, THD, waterfalls, RTA, SPL, and stereo polarity from an Android phone, while the forthcoming projects fuse track sensors and control embedded skateboard hardware. The studio also promises direct access to its engineer, with algorithms, firmware, hardware, and apps developed in-house.

The Two-Tonne Temperature Problem

August 15’s newborn domains include a live-aboard hydrogen airship with a two-tonne lift problem, a Japanese toolbox that explains its assumptions, an advisory-by-advisory Hawaiʻi hurricane archive, and a wedding-gift game about ungrateful poultry.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-15 Domain Arrivals issue.
