MachKit brings scattered Mac diagnostics into one workspace, from folder-size drill-downs and live resource monitoring to listening ports, VPN routes, hosts files, JSON formatting, regex testing, and timestamp conversion. Its strongest idea is restraint: it explains proposed changes, leaves uncertain items unselected, and normally moves removals to Trash rather than deleting them outright.
