A cat-spotting app where photographed cats are verified as real, cut from your own image, and collected in a neighborhood album.

Why it surfaced

PoCats rejects screens, posters, printouts, and plush toys so every card records a cat you actually stood in front of. It also turns each sighting into a reason to walk, while blurring other players’ locations to roughly 110 metres.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-15 Domain Arrivals issue.
