A browser-based system for sealing documents into .cell files that store ciphertext rather than the filename, file type, or plaintext size.

Why it surfaced

Cellular Defense publishes an unusually inspectable privacy model: a .cell file is ordinary JSON containing AES-256-GCM ciphertext and readable delivery metadata, while the document itself stays sealed. Its split-access rules, including two-of-three recipient quorums, give the format a concrete use case beyond generic encrypted-file marketing.

The 240-Material Organ

August 16’s newborn domains include a 240-material perfume organ, a repeatedly saved JPEG cat, a ski tracker designed by a 15-year-old, and a searchable page claiming to contain 148,303 prescription records.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-16 Domain Arrivals issue.
