DMCNP is an open protocol for end-to-end-encrypted mail in which an address is bound to a keypair rather than trusted as a server-provided name.

Why it surfaced

The site lays out a concrete implementation path: DNS publishes the trust anchor, messages are signed and encrypted locally, and libp2p relays carry sealed envelopes they cannot read. It is an unusually specific attempt to redesign email’s identity, routing, and mailbox model rather than add another filter to SMTP.

The 240-Material Organ

August 16’s newborn domains include a 240-material perfume organ, a repeatedly saved JPEG cat, a ski tracker designed by a 15-year-old, and a searchable page claiming to contain 148,303 prescription records.

This is one of 1,000 discoveries in the 2026-08-16 Domain Arrivals issue.
