Why it surfaced

The protocol gives its brains an unusually literal life cycle: holding NEURON teaches one, a recorded exam determines whether it can reproduce, and spawning burns tokens while introducing a small keccak mutation. Its 784→16→10 network uses fixed-point integer arithmetic designed for bit-for-bit replay, although the site says no living brains are currently on the network.
