Why it surfaced

Its central demonstration is wonderfully concrete: a session claims Tokyo, but a 2.1 ms handshake from Warsaw would require light to travel faster than physics allows. Rather than returning a vague risk score, Heretic presents a ruling with the contradicting evidence families, measured signals, and recommended action.
