Its most distinctive trick is offline OCR that converts a machine's pre-boot BIOS interface into interactive text over SSH, enabling scripts—and potentially AI agents using MCP—to inspect and operate it. The campaign is concrete but early: it reports $1,533 raised toward a $33,000 goal, with six backers and repositories linked for the hardware and software.
