The site turns one office appliance into a miniature civic mythology: “1,400 watts,” “Morale +400%,” and a Golden Rule requiring visitors to take a weiner and leave a weiner. Its lone open case file, naming David Kerr as a debtor, gives the joke an unexpectedly bureaucratic afterlife.
