This prototype has a sharply defined job: it is “step two” between a customer report and an investigator’s decision. Its three-agent evidence pack checks calls, merchant identity, and live checkout infrastructure while explicitly refusing to make the final decision—a rare bit of disciplined product positioning in an otherwise hype-prone category.
