Why it surfaced

BlurThis keeps the image in the browser tab, then lets you draw a box or freehand shape over the sensitive area and download a PNG. Its Black bar mode makes the privacy distinction explicit: unlike a light blur, it replaces the pixels instead of merely smearing them.
