Why it surfaced

dbug replaces the usual devtools detour with a dockable heads-up display that follows you across tabs. Its unusually concrete pitch includes readable file-based presets, four-store storage sweeps, per-phase network timing, and a 26 kB Manifest V3 package with no telemetry.

A Chrome extension that overlays a configurable developer-tools HUD on the page, combining network logs, a grouped console, storage inspection, and other debugging panels.
