rdp-tunnel: putting packets inside a real RDP 8 tunnel

Why it surfaced

This is unusually specific infrastructure: the project uses Microsoft-compatible MS-RDPEUDP, GF(256) forward-error correction, and SSH-like certificate fingerprint pinning without requiring users to manage certificates manually. The homepage includes build instructions, systemd service files, source downloads, and a datagram mode that reports roughly 190–220 Mbps on a lossless path.
