Fromensics makes a strong privacy promise: it does not scan the inbox in the background, uses no Gmail OAuth in the current version, and keeps ordinary analysis on the device. Its report shows evidence such as mismatched sender domains and misleading link destinations, while clearly listing checks it did not perform.
