Why it surfaced

The site treats Honolulu as a living instrument panel, down to traffic-camera locations and a “Plate Lunch Index” tracking chicken katsu, poke, and kalua pig prices. Much of the data is still loading and the dashboard says it has never refreshed, but the unusually broad local scope makes this a promising callback.
