Marina Mail is unusually concrete about the workflow: generate an address, trigger an email, then long-poll the inbox and assert its contents in Playwright, Cypress, or another HTTP-capable test setup. It also exposes an MCP endpoint for AI agents, while clearly stating the beta limits—20 emails per address per day and 30–60 minutes of retention.
