A civic data atlas linking Oman’s national challenges to available datasets and the gaps that keep important questions unanswered.
Why it surfaced
The project maps 11 challenges, 16 indexed datasets, and 17 specific data gaps, including groundwater depletion, youth employment, road deaths, and chronic disease. It also exposes the catalog as JSON through an open API, giving researchers, startups, officials, and citizens a practical way to see what is known—and what still needs to be published.
