Why it surfaced

This is built for the peculiar logistics of a 3 a.m. multi-van road relay: pace predictions account for terrain, heat, and fatigue, while offline syncing works by QR or Nearby instead of relying on the cloud. Friends need only a shared link—no install, login, ads, or account—to watch splits, the running leg, and the team's changing finish window.
