Why it surfaced

RescueBLE gives its emergency scenario unusual specificity: victims emit an SOS while rescuers scan nearby signals, with optional medical information, short mesh messages, and battery-conscious alarm features layered on top. The Spanish-language site says the project was developed with GIES and is already being used by rescue brigades, giving this more substance than a generic emergency-app landing page.
