Verdica: decisions that stay decided

Why it surfaced

This open-source tool treats a decision registry as executable project memory: path scopes determine which decisions a diff touches, and contradictions are reported with cited decisions and quoted hunks. Its own site offers a concrete DEC-0005 example, a replayable pull-request gate, and a deliberately cautious “warn first, block later” model.

Verdica stores architectural decisions as Markdown files in a repository and checks pull requests against them.
