Why it surfaced

JOGIN’s central promise is unusually concrete: “Kami buka hitungannya dulu, baru bicara harga” — roughly, “We open the calculations first, then talk price.” The site breaks construction into ten work groups, six payment stages, contract schemes, exclusions, daily reports, and a cost map, turning a normally opaque local service into something closer to an explorable public document.
